This area is dedicated to all those great K9's that come to visit with their owners.  It should be obvious by now that I have a strong affinity to dogs, every type and kind.  I see no reason to delineate if a dog is some specific type of  breed, for I am not sure what that means in today's mixed environment anyway.  The thing that gains my attention is the demeanor of the dog itself, is it human friendly, does it get along with other dogs, can it be controlled.  Today, you hear all these stories about Pit Bulls, I have a friend who visits with his Pit Bull and this animal has as good a personality and demeanor as any dog I have met.  Any invitation for a friend to visit Lake Hi-Ri automatically includes their dogs.  If their dogs cause difficulties the solution is very clear, either control the animal or it is not welcome in the future at the Lake.   Just as the Title page implies, this is a place "For Fun in The Sun" and nothing that detracts from this concept will be tolerated.   So here I will give accolades to all those great dogs who allow their owners to visit and be part of the great times.

Maggie is her name and she is one of those dogs that you cannot help but love and appreciate.  She is very loyal with a great personality and is considered mellow, but is very protective over her "kids", Ryan and Cameron.  Maggie loves to play whether it be with another dog, the cat, or stuffed animals on the boys beds.  Give her a smile and she will roll over on her back to have her belly rubbed.  She is the proud owner of my daughter and her husband, Lisa and Jeff.  With her great demeanor she is welcome at the Lake anytime.  This is Laser's best friend.  Born January 2001.
